It would be nifty to have a table of これ, この, それ, &c., but what to call it? ja-deixis? --Vlad 10:51 nov 6, 2005 (UTC)

The Latin form of the Greek δεῖξις would be dīxis, -eōs fem. (declined like mantis); that's not in my Lewis & Short, though the adjective dicticos, -on 'deictic, pointing' from δεικτικός is. 'pronomina dictica' could thus be said in a pinch (I'm not entirely sure what the pure Latin forms would be—demonstratio and pronomina demonstrativa I suppose?) —Myces Tiberinus 17:35 nov 6, 2005 (UTC)
