3. The discussion on Vicipaedia (Steven's link) and DenisWasRight's statement there that he no longer wants adminship makes my positive vote above pointless. No criticism of Denis intended, but I cancel it for the present. If the two are to work usefully together (and maybe they can) they will need to decide such issues calmly.
