Usage

This is designed for use within other templates, and probably shouldn't be used directly.

The first compulsory parameter should be "blue" "red" "yellow" or "grey".

blue is used for cleanup, and unimportant notices. {{rfc}}

yellow is used for urgent cleanup, and important notices. {{rfv}}

red is used for deletion and major requests. {{rfd}}

grey is used to be more neutral {{documentation subpage}}
