Layout selector template for Latin substantive declension

New layouts are to be inserted as part of the "#switch" function.

This template is used by many Latin inflection tables. Modifications of basic layout templates may cause unwanted side effects and inconsistencies, if not checked carefully.

Please create a new basic layout template, if necessary, instead of modifying an already existent one.
