Disputatio Formulae:IPA

This template was created to allow easy switching to unicode fonts. This is useful for pages that require unicode to display correctly, such as those written in International Phonetic Alphabet. On some browsers, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, unicode does not seem to be activated automatically, so this template lets you force it manually. Greetings, --Pill 12:23 sep 24, 2005 (UTC)

Is it possible to customize the fonts it uses for IPA? Using Monobook.css I suppose, something I'm yet to learn how to use... --Vlad 12:38 sep 24, 2005 (UTC)

But Monobook.css isn't a font, or?! Ande of course, you can add the Unicode font you use - that's possible. --Pill 12:59 sep 24, 2005 (UTC)

I replaced this with the Wikipedia template, which seems better done (and only applies to MSIE which isn't smart enough to hunt up fonts for missing Unicode characters).
