Berkĕlium aut Berkēlium?

I don't know the quantity of the "e". I would expect ĕ at least as it is silent in English, and many languages dropped it in borrowing. But many of the languages that keep it use ē.

Non cognosco qualitatem "e". Exspecto ĕ praeter Anglice e muta est, et multae linguae id reliquerunt. Sed multae linguae quae e retinent ē utuntur.
